Channel that inner chef with this super simple, sesame seared tuna.

Let's start with the sauce (the hardest part).

Stir 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1 table spoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a small bowl. Separate it into 2 equal parts and add 1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar to one part as the dipping sauce (optional).

Spread the sesame seeds out on a chopping board. Coat the tuna steaks with the prepared sauce and then lightly cover the entire tuna steak with the sesame seeds.

Heat olive oil in a heavy cast iron pan until very hot! Place the steaks in the pan and sear each side for about 30 seconds (depending on how rare you like your fish). Serve with sauce and arugula salad for a fresh and healthy meal.

Ready in 10 mins, only 422 calories per serving (recipe makes 4, 6 oz steak servings)
